Frequently Asked Questions

What are PDF points?
PDF uses points as its unit of measurement. 1 inch = 72 points. So to crop 0.5 inches, enter 36.
Does cropping permanently remove content?
No. Cropping sets the visible area (crop box), but the original content is still in the file. Some PDF editors can restore the original view.
Can I crop each page differently?
This tool applies the same crop margins to all pages. For per-page cropping, split the PDF first and crop each part separately.
Is my file uploaded?
No. All processing happens in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
