Usage notes

  • Use short text for best results. Long watermark text may overflow the page.
  • Lower opacity values (0.05–0.15) produce subtle watermarks that don't interfere with readability.
  • A 45° rotation angle is standard for diagonal watermarks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I remove the watermark later?
The watermark is drawn directly onto each page. It cannot be removed without the original file.
Does the watermark cover existing content?
The watermark is drawn on top of existing content but with low opacity so the underlying text remains readable.
Can I use an image watermark?
This tool supports text watermarks only. For image-based watermarks, a more advanced editor is needed.
Is my file uploaded?
No. All processing happens in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
