Add Watermark to PDF
Add a custom text watermark to every page of a PDF. Configure the text, size, angle, and transparency — all processed in your browser.
Upload a PDF to add a text watermark.
Usage notes
- Use short text for best results. Long watermark text may overflow the page.
- Lower opacity values (0.05–0.15) produce subtle watermarks that don't interfere with readability.
- A 45° rotation angle is standard for diagonal watermarks.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Does the watermark cover existing content?
- The watermark is drawn on top of existing content but with low opacity so the underlying text remains readable.
- Can I use an image watermark?
- This tool supports text watermarks only. For image-based watermarks, a more advanced editor is needed.
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. All processing happens in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
